Cyber Security

This policy’s goal is to help employees understand and follow the best security practices that are pertinent to their job duties. A security policy is only as valuable as the expertise and diligence of those who follow it, whether they are IT personnel or common users. For an organization to succeed, it is crucial to comprehend the value of computer and network security and to create accountability for these ideas. In light of this, the Company’s efforts to develop security awareness principles and deliver subjective security training are essential. Security awareness makes sure users are aware of potential threat mechanisms, and training teaches them the defensive or offensive tactics they must use to counter these threats.

This policy’s objective is to outline the prerequisites for users to receive security training that is relevant to the range of their duties and responsibilities. The top management of the company is committed to enforcing the behaviors that these programs demand. An effective security awareness and training program identifies risk areas, specifies the security procedures that must be followed, and talks about potential sanctions for noncompliance. The foundation of accountability is a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.

The Company is concentrating on the overall goal of security training, which is to assist in educating employees about steps they can take to keep information secure, such as using secure passwords, using security software to block viruses and spam, fending off social engineering attacks, backing up data, and setting up suitable channels to report suspected incidents or violations. Due to the constant emergence of new risks, vulnerabilities, and hacks, security awareness and training standards must be continuously monitored and improved.
